We are not alone in this universe. The universe is vast and filled with life-forms of many kinds. There are those who exist in other places in space and time, on other planets and star systems, and perhaps on and within our earth itself. Many different ancient cultures and religions around the world have made reference to these beings who have visited us in the past. They may be here now, wanting to communicate with mankind and assist humanity in these troublesome and prophetic times.
Extraterrestrials are beings who exist or reside beyond our earth. In current times U.F.O sightings and earthly alien encounters are on the rise, There are numerous conspiracies and also equally compelling evidence to support the facts that extraterrestrials have been visiting our own world since ancient times. Sightings of strange crafts and unusual lights in the sky, physical and non-physical encounters that bring to mind the infamous abduction phenomenon, crop circle formations and secret government projects and cover ups are all considered to be associated with these alien visitors who may be communicating with the inhabitants of earth in many ways for many reasons.
As society evolves and advanced sciences emerge, we begin to understand a little more about ourselves and the world around us. Much has already been discovered about the universe which we live in, including the probability and realization that we are not alone in this cosmic game of life. The cosmos are so vast that they are beyond comprehension and so the fact that there may be extraterrestrial lifeforms and alien worlds is not something that can be overlooked, especially considering the overwhelming evidence that continues to emerge.
The term "interdimensional" may more appropriately describe the alien life forms or beings that exist in another space or time parallel to ours, beyond what we can physically perceive. With the universe being as vast as it is, and with our current understanding of quantum physics we begin to understand that an alien doesn't necessarily need to look, talk or walk like us, or even exist in any type of physical form. An Interdimensional being can be considered an entity that is not confined to a limited or physical body, space or even time. These entities can also be considered "spirit beings" and although not typically considered as such, the word "angel" may resonate with some in regards to the interdimensional being.
The study and theorization of extraterrestrial life is known as astrobiology, exobiology or xenobiology. Speculated forms of extraterrestrial life range from sapient or sentient beings, to life at the scale of bacteria. There are a few hypothesis about the idea of extraterrestrial life originating outside of the earth. One proposes that life may have emerged, independently, from different places in the universe. An alternative hypothesis is panspermia, which holds that life emerges from one location, then spreads between habitable planets. Beliefs in extraterrestrial life may have been present in ancient India, Egypt, Arabia, China, Babylon, Assyria and Sumer, although in these societies, cosmology was fundamentally supernatural, and the notion of alien life is difficult to distinguish from that of gods, demons, and such.

Ufology is a neologism coined to describe the collective efforts of those who study unidentified flying object reports and associated evidence. Not all ufologists believe that UFOs are necessarily extraterrestrial spacecraft, or even that they are objective physical phenomena. Even UFO cases that are exposed as hoaxes, delusions or misidentifications may still be worthy of serious study from a psychosocial point of view. Besides visual sightings, UFO cases sometimes have an indirect physical evidence, including many cases studied by the military and various government agencies of different countries. Indirect physical evidence would be data obtained from afar, such as radar contact and photographs. More direct physical evidence involves physical interactions with the environment at close range—Hynek's "close encounter" or Vallee's "Type-I" cases—which include "landing traces," electromagnetic interference, and physiological/biological effects.
